We want you to love BONKO. If you don't, we'll refund you — no drama.

30-day money-back guarantee

You can request a full refund within 30 days of any BONKO Pro charge for any reason. This applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions and to the first charge after a free trial.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for BONKO. You can request a refund by:
  • Visiting paddle.net and looking up your order with the email used at checkout, or
  • Emailing us at support@mybonko.com — we'll forward the request to Paddle and confirm once it's processed.
Refunds typically land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

After the 30-day window

After 30 days, we don't offer refunds for time already used. You can still cancel anytime from Settings → Billing and you'll keep Pro access until the end of your current billing period.

Paddle's policy

Beyond our guarantee, Paddle's general Refund Policy applies — for example, where required by consumer law in your country.
